I can see good capital growth potential in Heaton Chapel at present and with similar property in Heaton Moor achieving upwards of £300,000 this does represent good value for money. Interestingly the rental income isn’t a million miles away from figures being achieved in Heaton Moor so your yield would be much stronger. The rental return would be circa £950 which equates to a yield of around 5%. The same property in Heaton Moor village would return a yield of only 4%.
This is a solid investment if you’re looking for a good balance between yield and potential capital growth.
