This is the second property in the space of a couple of weeks that has caught my eye on Cambridge road, Heaton Chapel.

On the market with Edward Mellor and going under the hammer on 7th December 2016 is this three bedroom mid terrace property. Have a read of my previous blog post regarding the property on the market with Purple Bricks on the same road to understand why I think this area offers reasonable yield and good potential capital growth.

This particular property is advertised at a guide price of £140,000 and although we can’t determine the condition of the property through lack of photos, compared to the one on the market with Purple Bricks at £240,000 this seems like an excellent buy, even if a major refurbishment is required.
