welcome to anna

We are over the moon to have attracted Anna Corrigan to join our growing Heatons’ Lettings team.

As The Heatons’ Senior Lettings Manager, Anna will head up lettings with the support of Stacey Wilson, Georgia Selbie and Director, Julian Bethell.  All colleagues our landlords and tenants know very well.

Anna, who is ARLA qualified, has worked in similar high-profile South Manchester areas including Didsbury, Withington, Altrincham and Hale commented:

‘Julian Wadden has earned a fantastic reputation in The Heatons for lettings as well as sales.  I won’t be shy in saying I want to work with the best and market leader – that’s why I’ve been drawn here. It’s a great feeling to be working in such a fast-paced environment where the need and demand for rentals has never been higher. The Heatons is a very attractive place to live and invest in. I’m looking forward to speaking and meeting with our landlords over the next few weeks.’

Anna has a proven track record in attracting high quality tenants, minimising voids and conducting annual valuation reviews to keep on track of market movements.  Anna also comes armed with a background in Property Management too and has an excellent grasp on the needs of managed landlords and tenants.
